No Bake Energy Bites!
I’ve really enjoyed baking and cooking more recently and with that making healthier desserts. This one is a current favorite of mine and my family’s! I hope you enjoy it and if you make it tag me on Instagram:)

Recipe:
1 cup oats
2/3 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (I use mini ones:)
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix everything together and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Roll into balls and enjoy! (Keep refrigerated when not eating)
